Getting started with your subscription
You've decided that you would like to buy our veg through our weekly subscription, yay! Please head over to tiliamarketgarden.ooooby.org to set up your account with us. Once you have done this, you can order a weekly small, standard or large veg box. You can also choose to add bread & eggs, either as a one off or weekly. The deadline for your order is Sunday (10pm) before the following Tuesdays veg is delivered (so please make any changes before then).
I would like to collect from the farm
Your lovely box of goodies will be available to collect from the farm on Tuesdays 4 - 7pm . Please select ‘farm collection’ at the check out (the delivery charge will then be removed from your order). Please turn up to Tilia Market Garden, Lime Tree Farm, Fairstead Lane, Hempnall, NR15 2RD. We’ll clearly signpost where you need to go.
I would like a delivery please
We have collection hubs in Norwich (NR2), Shotesham, Hethel Engineering Centre, Wymondham & Bungay. Veg is FREE to collect from these pick up places.
If you would like your box delivered to your door, there is a flat rate £3.00 delivery charge. We can only deliver within a 3 mile radius of our farm or anywhere in Norwich. A £3.00 delivery charge is automatically added to each order, unless you select ‘pick up’ - this charge will then be removed from your order..
Can I amend, cancel or postpone my subscription?
In short, yes!
This type of subscription relies on members (that’s you!) supporting us through weekly orders over the rest of the growing season. But, we understand that things can change. We’re hoping that once you see what we can offer, who we are & what we’re about, you’ll be happy to support us for the rest of the year. Please amend or pause your subscription through your account at tiliamarketgarden.ooooby.org before Friday 10pm, for changes to the following Tuesday’s box. If you’re not sure, please contact us.
Payments
Your first box will be paid for in advance once you sign up…subsequent boxes will be billed on the day you receive them and charged the following day (in arrears).
